FMI together with leading medical defence lawyers, Clyde & Co, have developed a series of educational modules designed specifically to concentrate on the areas of medical practice that are responsible for most claims and complaints, e.g. the consent process, patient expectation, record keeping and doctor’s approachability and availability. The modules are not designed to tell you how to perform a clinical procedure. The aim is to reduce the chances of future complaints and claims and to protect you in the advent of one occurring.

Each module includes a real case report and a short multiple-choice test at the end.
